Introduction

Senior Aid is a cutting-edge solution designed to assist elderly individuals with their daily health needs through a smart robot assistant, Sanjeevan Bot. This intuitive robot delivers medications on time, keeps track of vital health metrics like blood pressure and pulse rate, and even offers smoke detection analysis to ensure safety. A user-friendly mobile app interface allows family members to stay connected with the bot, ensuring elderly loved ones receive continuous care, even when family members are busy.

My Role

As the sole UI/UX Designer, I designed the entire mobile app interface from scratch, creating over 60 screens. I was responsible for planning the user flow, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience. I also developed interactive prototypes and worked closely with the development team to ensure the designs were implemented effectively.

Problem

Elderly struggle with medication and health monitoring alone

As people age, remembering to take medicines on time becomes increasingly difficult. Family members, often occupied with work and daily responsibilities, cannot always be present to assist, leading to missed doses and potential health complications. While reminder apps exist, they lack physical intervention and real-time assistance, making elderly care unreliable without a more dedicated and hands-on solution.

Goal

Timely Medication: Ensure elderly users never miss their medication by providing clear reminders and notifications. The app will deliver timely alerts, prompting users to take their medications and helping prevent health risks associated with missed doses.
Family Notifications: Keep family members informed about their loved ones' medication status. The app will send regular updates and notifications to family members, ensuring they’re aware of medication adherence and any issues that arise.
